**THE ROLE**:
- General administrative duties and IT support
- Database Management & prospecting
- Reporting
- Preparing marketing materials
- Assisting the marketing manager with social media campaigns
- Support and manage content of websites
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED?**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Graphic Design / Communications
- Sound knowledge of end-to-end project & digital marketing including campaign management, copywriting, content management, social media, events and corporate communications
- Strong design skills and knowledge of layout, typography and design principles
- Strong attention to detail and communication both written and verbal
- Passion for the property industry
- Experience with large marketing campaigns
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment
- Focused & ambitious
- Organised & punctual
