Technical Facilities Manager
We are seeking a skilled Technical Facilities Manager to drive asset maintenance strategy and compliance across a national portfolio of high-security, aviation-aligned facilities.
This role is pivotal in supporting building performance and critical infrastructure upgrades while ensuring strong client and stakeholder engagement.
This full-time, permanent position is airport based with frequent interstate travel required. You will be responsible for delivering strategic asset maintenance and compliance programs, providing national technical support to Facilities Managers, analysing asset data and recommending lifecycle improvements, leading subcontractor engagement and vendor compliance, and driving risk mitigation, safety, and statutory compliance.
* A solutions-oriented leader with technical FM experience that is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be confident in navigating high-compliance environments and managing national support functions efficiently and effectively.
