Adamas Diamonds, a global luxury icon within the Diamonds Select Group, is seeking a driven and confident Corporate Sales Consultant to join our specialist sales division. This is a rare opportunity to represent high-end diamond and jewellery collections while working with some of the world's most respected corporate clients.

About the Role
This unique role blends luxury sales with international business travel, offering exposure to high-level clientele and global experiences. Based in Perth, you'll also travel extensively to represent the Adamas brand across Australia and internationally at meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing end-to-end sales processes from initial contact through to aftercare
* Travelling up to 25 weeks per year (non-consecutive) – flexibility is essential
* Supporting daily operations of the Perth showroom and corporate office
* Representing Adamas Diamonds at industry exhibitions and global events
* Leading by example in service, presentation, professionalism, and performance
* Assisting with operational planning, sales strategies, and team-wide initiatives

About You
You're a proactive and polished sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments. You're ready to own this role and take it to new heights.
You bring:
* A proven track record in sales – B2B or luxury preferred
* A client-first mindset with exceptional communication and presentation skills
* The ability to build relationships, close deals, and manage long sales cycles
* Flexibility to travel frequently, with a willingness to adapt at short notice
* Confidence working independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Experience in the jewellery industry (highly regarded, but not essential)
* A strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail
