Programmed Facility Management are seeking experienced FIFO CASUAL Culinary and Retail Staff to join our Village & Minesite Management Teams.

Key Responsibilities
These positions are responsible for maintaining a high standard of daily food and menu preparation, cooking, dining room, and responsible service of alcohol and sale of products for the Residents and Workers of the Village and/or Site, always maintaining a high level of customer service and cleanliness.
You will maintain ad-hoc support to the Site Teams as occasionally required.
Duties include:
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety practices, in line with HACCP guidelines, procedures and documentation
Production / assistance of high-quality, nutritious and well-presented meals including bulk food preparation, labelling etc.
Continuous menu design and implementation
Maintain food production equipment
Ensure the main facility is presented tidy and organised at all times
Ensure all designated work areas are held to a high standard of cleanliness; ensure all kitchenware is washed and stored and rubbish is removed to standard
Maintenance of the kitchen premises and food production equipment
Notify the Supervisor of any maintenance required within the facility
Assistance with stock control including quality reporting and temperature monitoring
Use and store chemicals appropriately, maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials
Preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, water and coffee
Maintaining the bar area, collecting and washing glassware
Tapping kegs and cleaning beer lines
Maintaining compliance with liquor regulations and workplace health and safety laws
Liaising with the appropriate staff and security where an incident occurs
Assist with the opening and closing of the bar and tavern, retail shop
Provide product advice in a retail environment; increase retail sales, taking and handling payments for orders
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, environmental and quality standards
Assist Head Chef and other Department Supervisors from time to time, if required
About You
To join our team, you will be an experienced and highly organised Team Player with a "can do" attitude, excellent attention to detail, a passion to always provide quality product and first-class customer service (with a smile).
You will possess knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety Standards and demonstrated experience in mass catering and accommodation environments.
A commitment to the safety of yourself and others, at all times, is essential.
You will possess:
VALID WA Driver's Licence
Australian Working Rights
Ability to pass comprehensive (Client) pre-employment medical including instant drug and alcohol screening
Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months)
Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
Food Safety Supervisor or Handler Certification
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
Previous experience at a minesite village with experience/qualifications in first aid
Additionally, you will also possess the following skills:
Basic systems and technology experience, i.e. MS Office, online/web-based payroll & training requirements
Ability to work in a team; be a self-moter and take instructions
Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skills
Have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
