About Coast2Bay
Coast2Bay Housing Group is an award-winning, not-for-profit organisation with more than 30 years' experience in providing affordable housing solutions for individuals and families across the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and surrounding areas.
We own, develop, manage and maintain social and affordable rental housing in partnership with Commonwealth and State Governments, private developers and stakeholders. Our tenants include a wide range of groups with a variety of complex needs.
Coast2Bay Housing ensures cost-effective asset management throughout an asset's lifecycle, covering planning, acquisition, management and redevelopment. Our strategic approach includes planned maintenance and responsive property management services.
Our capital plans prioritise long-term asset optimisation to safeguard tenant health and safety and meet community needs. This is supported by an annual review of and update to our Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP).
