Personal Care / Support
* Preferably a one hour service on Wednesdays & a 1.5 hour service on Fridays please. Thanks
* Access to property : path up to front door, short ramp installed. Parking : Street parking available Alerts : none
* Frequency : weekly, 1 hour, two days per week
* Date & Time : Wednesdays & Fridays, 10am-11am
* Level of assistance : all facets of showering; undressing, getting into the shower, washing, supervising safety, drying, redressing. If there is still time at the end of the shower please sit & chat or watch TV with the client to complete the shift.
* Equipment in use : Shower chair & non-slip mats.
* Undressing : Please assist.
* Accessing the shower : Please assist with entering the shower.
* Assistance in the shower : Please assist with washing as requested & supervising safety whilst in there.
* Getting dry and out of the shower : Please assist with exiting the shower & drying off.
* Location of clothes etc : Clothes will be in the bedroom or brought into the bathroom.
* Grooming- teeth, hair deodorant etc : Please ask if assistance is required with these.
* Special requirements : Client experiences a lot of pain from medical conditions; arthritis & scoliosis. Care Manager contact for issues, concerns or reports : Mel - - see less
