Uncapped commissions with a generous tiered structure
On Target Earnings (OTE) $230,000+ per year based on achievable weekly sales of $25,000
Paid weekly — commissions are processed every Thursday

About You
Proven ability in sales, fundraising, or education consulting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven
Ability to build rapport quickly and close sales confidently
Desire to succeed in a commission-only environment
The Role
Promote education and training programs to prospective students
Conduct consultative sales calls and guide candidates through enrolment
Work to achievable sales targets with uncapped commission potential
Represent respected training partners and deliver value-driven outcomes
Location: Adaptable (remote/office options depending on candidate)
