Job Title : Remote Field Technician
Location : Victoria, TX Area
Job Description :
We are seeking a Remote Field Technician to support Nokia Flexi hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, as well as remote cell site operations in the Victoria, TX area.
Responsibilities :
Perform site routines and break-fix tasks in the field during standard hours (8 AM - 5 PM).
Troubleshoot and maintain Nokia BTS hardware and associated systems.
Stay current with technical theory, applications, and operational practices.
Support technical and project-related efforts, ensuring effective communication as needed.
Contribute to disaster recovery planning and response, data services, and location-based services.
Apply a foundational understanding of network design, capacity planning, AC/DC power systems, and grounding principles.
Requirements :
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
Proficiency with Office 365 and Nokia BTS software.
Familiarity with radio access networks, backhaul systems, signaling, and operational best practices.
Robust communication skills and a team-oriented team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills :
Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
Basic knowledge of disaster recovery processes and network design.
