Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plasterer to join a high-output, quality-driven team delivering residential and commercial projects. This role is hands-on and performance-focused, suited to individuals who take ownership of their work, operate efficiently on site, and uphold professional trade standards.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a plasterer (residential and/or commercial)
* Strong setting and finishing skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling
* Strong time management and productivity mindset
Requirements
* Relevant trade experience (qualification preferred but not essential)
* White Card (mandatory)
* Driver's licence and reliable transport
* Own basic hand tools
* Strong understanding of on-site safety requirements
