A little about the role
The ICT team at Key Assets is expanding in line with our planned investment in a new Salesforce based CRM solution. As this project enters the build phase in 2026, we are seeking an Enterprise Applications Team Lead to take ownership of the CRM and the integrations into our financial, human resources, procurement and records management solutions
Some of the things you'll do include:
* Lead and manage the Enterprise Applications Team of two staff focused on Salesforce, managing both support case load and capability delivery.
* Take ownership of the configuration of KAA's Salesforce environment including identifying opportunities for improvement and leveraging existing investments.
* Coordinate the delivery of new functionality into Salesforce to meet changing business needs, working with the Business Solutions Lead and Business Analysts.
* Manage KAA's integration and data landscape between enterprise systems.
* Control changes in the Enterprise Applications portfolio to minimise risk and improve security, availability and integrity.
* Contribute to whole of ICT projects and initiatives in line with the ICT Roadmap.
* Build up the skills or our ICT Support and Salesforce Administrators to develop our customer service culture.
The base salary for this position is $134,012 - $141,065 per annum + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum. This position is a full-time, ongoing role and can be based from either of our Tasmanian, South Australia, Canberra or NSW Offices.
About you
To thrive in this role, you'll bring the following:
* Experience in a similar role as technical owner for a major Salesforce implementation in an organisation of a similar size as Key Assets (approx. 700 users)
* Relevant qualification, industry certs or deep equivalent experience in the field.
* A strong understanding of Salesforce including product maps, functionality and solution options.
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage caseload and project work, and understanding of the importance of change control.
* Ability to represent ICT in broader organizational initiatives and prepare recommendations and reports for committees.
* A track record of working in an ICT leadership team to provide great customer support and building capability in team members.
* A risk and security mindset to ensure security and cyber risk management is embedded throughout your work.
* An ability to work autonomously, embedded with our frontline staff.
* Demonstrated initiative in identifying and pursuing continuous improvement opportunities.
