The Company
Kumho is an international tyre manufacturing and distribution company with warehouse operations in every Australian state, supplying tyres to retailers nationwide.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, hands‐on Warehouse Manager to lead our Willawong operation.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment where workloads can fluctuate significantly from day to day. Strong time management and the ability to prioritise effectively are essential.
You'll be responsible for leading a team of around 12, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring orders are delivered safely, accurately and on time. This position requires strong leadership, sound judgement, and the ability to stay steady when things get busy.
What This Role Looks Like
This is a dynamic operational role - some days are steady, and others may require you to work reasonable additional hours to ensure customer commitments are met. You'll need to be comfortable making decisions independently, managing your time well, shifting priorities quickly, and keeping the workflow moving when demand spikes.
For any hours worked outside what is considered reasonable additional time - such as during stocktake or other exceptional operational requirements - Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) may be provided in line with company policy.
If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems as they arise, and leading a team through the natural ups and downs of daily logistics, you'll thrive here.

* Lead, manage and schedule the work of approximately 12 warehouse team members
* Set the tone for a positive, safety‐focused culture
* Manage team performance and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
* Certificate III or IV in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field, and/or equivalent relevant experience
* Current forklift licence
* Current driver's licence
* A strong, uncompromising commitment to safety
* Confident communicator - whether coaching one‐on‐one or addressing the team
* Solid written communication and intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel, SAP)
* High personal standards of organisation, tidiness and professionalism
* Proven leadership and the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills
* Comfortable working in a fast‐moving environment with fluctuating workloads
Desirable:
* Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business
* Order Picker Licence (where relevant)
* Formal WHS training (e.g., Safety Representative training, Risk Management training)
* Experience managing freight providers and negotiating transport rates
* Experience leading safety initiatives or safety committees
* Exposure to inventory management, stocktake processes and cycle counts
* Experience in a fast‐paced, high‐volume warehouse environment
