The Joint Military Police Unit (JMPU) are a joint/tri-service unit which includes Army, Navy and Air Force personnel which are embedded in the JMPU. JMPU provide a policing capability to the Australian Defence Force (ADF). 
Military Police work within the remit of law enforcement, providing mobility and manoeuvre support, security for ADF personnel and internment and detention operations. 
Military Police have jurisdictional authority over all ADF members domestically and internationally. 
Military Police are authorised to deliver law enforcement, discipline, command and mission support, and execute search warrants in the course of their duties.
Students may have the opportunity to assist in training activities, observe training serials, have hands-on exposure to equipment and view demonstrations of specialist activities conducted by members Joint Military Police Unit. 
Students may have exposure to the following Activities:
- Tour Joint Military Police Precinct 
- Police Equipment and Vehicles Displays 
- Light Detection and Training 
- Intro to Service Investigations 
- Police Investigations 
- Mock Scenario Training
