Renewable Energy Construction Recruitment - Enemix
Enemix have partnered with a new grid connected/utility scale Solar Developer and EPC business in Australia. With several of the nations largest Solar/BESS projects in construction and a large amount of projects in Development they are teeing up for a strong year.
As a result of these new objectives, they are seeking a highly skilled Civil/Mechanical Supervisor to be based in the Rural Victoria region overlooking the Civil/Mechanical scope of the project on behalf of the client.
What you'll be doing
* Supervise and lead the EPCM team in the delivery of the Civil & Mechanical scope of a utility scale solar project
* Ensure all work is completed to relevant Australian standards and in compliance with applicable regulations
* Liaise with contractors, project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations
* Coordinate work schedules, allocate tasks and monitor progress to maximise efficiency
* Provide hands-on support and mentoring to staff on site
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous enhancement on delivery of the project
What we're looking for
* Engineering degree (Civil/Mechanical) with a minimum of 5 years' experience across Renewable Energy in a similar leading hand or supervisory role
* Excellent technical knowledge of civil construction, installations and safety requirements
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks and monitor performance
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Current electrical license and driver's license
* Solar Installation/Design Experience (highly regarded)
