An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Panel Beater to join the busy team at our Lloyd Kelso Accident Repair Centre.
As part of a new scheme, we are offering an introductory bonus of up to £2000 for joining the company. (Terms & Conditions apply)
Your duties will include:
1. Carrying out timely, accurate repairs in accordance with estimates and insurance company requirements thereby maximising labour sales in the Repair Centre.
2. Carrying out work to the highest level of quality to minimise rework and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Identifying and reporting any further damage not listed on the work instructions.
4. Ensuring positive standards of housekeeping and timely removal of damaged parts.
5. Completing any documentation to the standard defined by the company.
6. Assuring adherence to systems and procedures as defined by the Repair Centre Manager and Company policy and procedures.
7. Responding positively to the requests of the Repair Centre Manager or Supervisor and working effectively as a member of the Accident Repair Team.
8. Adhering to the relevant Manufacturer / Insurer standards and requirements.
9. Observing all relevant Health & Safety procedures.
10. Using all products economically to minimise waste and costs.
11. Completing all work within agreed time scales.
Salary: Commensurate with experience and to include quality and productivity rewards.
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.
