The Mental Health & AODS Division at Mackay Community Health Centre is seeking applications for a Business Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
To provide business functions, financial and administrative advice and assistance to the Operations Director and Senior Leadership Team, with respect to the Stream business performance, affordable activity and staffing levels.
Provide leadership, management, and direction to the Administrative and Operational staff within the Stream ensuring the delivery of such services in a professional and proficient manner whilst ensuring that operational effectiveness is maintained.
About The Team
The Mental Health and AOD Service is comprised of eight clinical teams across the MHHS. The Mental Health Service is responsible for the provision of comprehensive, specialised mental health assessment and treatment services across the age-spectrum for people with severe and complex mental health problems. Our services aim to be consumer focused and recovery oriented and are provided in a variety of settings including community, an acute inpatient unit, hospitals and emergency departments.
