A high-end smart home integration company is seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join their growing sales team This position requires a motivated, consultative salesperson who can develop relationships with builders, designers, and homeowners, and provide on-site solutions for custom home automation projects. As part of a field-based team, this role involves a mix of warm lead follow-up and prospecting, presenting luxury technology solutions, and driving multi-million-dollar sales results. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, confident with high-end clientele, and passionate about smart home innovation.

Experience of the right candidate:
* 1–2+ years of home automation sales experience
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a high-pressure environment
* Strong consultative selling skills with experience engaging builders, designers, and project managers
* Experience with cold outreach and field sales activity
* Familiarity with lighting, shading, entertainment, or other smart home systems
* Bonus: Existing network in GA, NC, or FL and/or personal passion for home tech
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
* Sell smart home solutions through a mix of internal leads and cold prospecting
* Meet on-site with clients, builders, and design partners to understand project needs
* Educate customers on available products and integration options
* Collaborate with internal sales support and leadership to drive results
* Maintain and grow a $2M–$2.5M annual book of business
* Participate in weekly team stand-ups and occasional office-based collaboration
