About The Position
We seek an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to lead our team and work closely with our Pharmacist Manager.
You be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Retail section of the Pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and that United Chemists Roma continues to thrive.
About You
If you have the drive and enthusiasm for achieving budget results through exceptional people management and leadership, as well as experience working in a dynamic retail environment, then this is the role for you.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous Retail management experience (essential), preferably in a Pharmacy or healthcare setting;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Sound knowledge of POS WORKS, stock control, cash handling, security and store presentation;
A clear understanding of staff rostering requirements and store budgets;
Building relationships with suppliers;
Provide your team with support and guidance, being involved in mentoring and development opportunities in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
