* Deliver strengths-based, culturally safe wellbeing support to clients and communities.

* Engage directly with children, youth, families, Elders and culturally diverse groups.

* Travel regularly to remote locations — sometimes by road or small plane — to provide outreach services.

* Build respectful, trusted relationships with individuals and communities.

* Work independently as well as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.

* Empower people to improve their social and emotional wellbeing, access health education, and connect to further supports.
