Minimum Requirements
AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma with atleast 1 year of experience
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Support
Provide first- and second-line support to staff.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications.
Network & System Maintenance
Support the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of LAN / WAN networks and Wi-Fi systems.
Assist in managing servers, backups, and staff accounts.
Ensure systems are protected with up-to-date security patches and antivirus software.
Staff Support & Training
Assist staff in understanding and effectively using IT systems.
Maintain documentation and guides for staff and internal IT procedures.
Asset Management
Keep accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and warranties.
Manage the setup of new devices and the decommissioning of old ones.
System Improvement
Suggest and help implement system upgrades or improvements and system rollouts.
