About the Project Director Role
The position of Project Director encompasses leading the execution, planning, and delivery of a major infrastructure project in Queensland. This entails overseeing construction, commissioning, and ensuring a smooth handover to Operations. The role is accountable for delivering safety, environmental, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
You will also contribute to late-stage development, support Final Investment Decision (FID), and build and lead the Construction Team.

Job Requirements & Experience
* 10+ years in major infrastructure or renewable project delivery, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
* Proven success delivering complex projects in remote environments, preferably in renewables.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and outcomes.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Knowledge of stakeholder, landowner, and planning aspects of wind development.
* Familiarity with Australian legislation.
* Hands-on experience with wind farm construction.
