Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute their expertise to multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working across various business domains, collaborating with IT project resources, SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors.
The role involves conducting business analysis, solution design, and developing high-level requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for mapping business processes, user pathways, and information flows.
They will act as a conduit between business stakeholders, project teams, and IT resources to deliver outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement activities across IT.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering business analyst services for government programs and/or projects
* Demonstrated expertise in technical writing, producing high-quality documents, including requirements, guidelines, process maps, and procedures
* Highly developed communication skills, including prioritization, problem-solving, and relationship building
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
* Business Analyst Certification (relevant industry standards)
