We are seeking a high-performing National Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic expansion across key sectors in Australia. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for precision-engineered solutions and a drive to develop long-term partnerships in high-value markets.
Your new role
* Driving new business development across strategic verticals such as water treatment, food & beverage, life sciences, and industrial automation.
* Developing and executing go-to-market strategies that target both end users and OEMs.
* Engaging with engineering, project, and procurement stakeholders to deliver tailored fluid control and automation solutions.
* Collaborating with internal product specialists, application engineers, and global resources to close complex, technical sales.
* Representing the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
What you'll need to succeed
* A proven track record in B2B technical sales or business development, ideally within fluid control systems, valves, sensors, or process automation.
* Deep understanding of project-based sales cycles and solution selling into process industries.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and nurture long-term opportunities.
* Experience working with OEMs, consultants, and system integrators (preferred).
* Technical qualifications in engineering, automation, or a related field are highly regarded.
