To support this commitment, Green Leaves has developed a unique National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) programme to support our teachers' professional development.

* Face‐to‐face and online mentoring with our group, NLRDP Pedagogy Partners, including additional support to assist you in completing your teacher's registration, where applicable
* Monthly ECT online network meetings with your colleagues across Australia
* Access to the NLRDP Perspective Partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, Cultural Pedagogy, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, The Arts, and Documentation.

About You
* An ACECQA‐approved Bachelor of Early Childhood, or above
* Hold a NSW Teacher's Registration
* Current NSW Working with Children's Check
* Current NSW Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training Certificates
* Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
* Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
