We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time L1 Helpdesk - System Administrator in Australia (Sydney) office - a certified Great Place to Work®. This role will be the first line of support for our employees and the hands-on operator for our day-to-day infrastructure. You'll troubleshoot end-user issues across Windows and macOS, manage Active Directory and file services, and keep our office network and servers running smoothly.
