Leading business based in Banyo requires an experienced Accounts Receivable / Collections Officer to join their team.
The role is managing a range of tasks including collections, banking and allocations, reconciliations and query resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Banking and Allocation of Payments
- Reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy
- Generate and issue invoices and statements
- Follow up on outstanding payments - Collection calls
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing queries
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable or collections
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Clear and confident communication skills
