Asset Management Lead
This leadership role requires an experienced professional to oversee and manage the performance of assets across multiple sites. As Asset Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management plans, strategies, and policies to ensure optimal operational efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in asset management, with a strong understanding of policies and regulations related to asset management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to manage and oversee asset data-related activities.
The position involves working closely with Defence Estate Land Management and EU activities teams to monitor and report on asset performance and condition. You will provide technical advice on asset management activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing asset management plans and strategies;
* Identifying and mitigating risks related to asset management;
* Monitoring and reporting on asset performance and condition;
* Providing oversight and leadership of all asset data-related activities;
* Providing technical advice on asset management activities.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in asset management or a similar role;
* Experience with Defence Estate Land Management and EU activities is highly desirable;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Proven ability to manage and oversee asset data-related activities;
* Strong understanding of policies and regulations related to asset management;
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field is highly desirable;
* Valid driver's license.
