We’re working with a well-established commercial construction company delivering high-quality hospitality projects across Sydney. They’re on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to take the reins on a large hospitality construction project in West Sydney
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Running day-to-day site operations from start to finish
* Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality workmanship
* Coordinating with the project manager and client-side stakeholders
* Keeping everything on track with OH&S compliance, programs, and deadlines
* Problem-solving on site with a proactive and practical approach
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
* Hospitality construction project experience is desirable
* Ideally experience on project values up to $15 million
* Solid understanding of the Sydney construction market and trades
* Ability to lead teams and build strong relationships on site
* White Card and relevant tickets (e.g. First Aid, Working at Heights)
* A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality finishes
