Job Title: Domiciliary Support Worker
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support and care to older members of our community in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide companionship and social interaction to enhance the client's quality of life
* Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
* Support clients with mobility and therapy goals
* Transport clients to appointments and activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3 months or more experience in a similar role
* A valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, road-worthy vehicle
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Capacity to remain calm in challenging situations
