The ideal candidate will have expertise in workplace rehabilitation, injury management, and evidence-based practice. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting work site and work place assessments to identify hazards and develop strategies to prevent injuries
* Providing ergonomic or workstation assessments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
* Developing and implementing return-to-work plans to support employees in their recovery from injury
