Join Amber as an Integrations Engineer in Melbourne to support hardware integrations and contribute to renewable energy solutions.
Your role
Responsibilities
* Contributing code for hardware integrations.
* Creating integrations, onboarding, documentation, and support experiences.
* Supporting the Operations team with Smartshift queries.
* Monitoring and responding to technical tickets for Amber products.
* Acting as the first responder for integration outages.
About you
Qualifications
* A tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* A positive, curious, and collaborative mindset.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with languages similar to Typescript is a plus.
* Help-desk or customer-facing experience is beneficial.
* Fluency in Chinese and interest in electronic circuits is advantageous.
