Accounts Receivable Officer - Morwell Vic
We are seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable Officer to join the finance team on a 3 month contract with potential for extension. This role is ideal for candidates who want to contribute their expertise to a purpose‑led, Victorian Government organisation.

Description
* Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.
* Reconcile invoices, statements, and accounts to ensure accuracy.
* Assist with journals, reports, and reconciliations for month‑end and year‑end.
* Handle payment and invoice queries with a customer‑focused approach.
* Contribute to process improvements and a positive team environment.
Profile
To succeed, you'll bring
* Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and principles.
* Proficient in ERP Finance systems & Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle is an advantage.
* High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
