As the Service Supervisor for our Emerald branch, you will manage day‑to‑day service operations, ensuring safe, efficient and customer‑focused delivery across the region. You’ll lead a team of technicians and apprentices, oversee workflow, drive quality and WIP discipline, and maintain strong customer relationships in line with the Komatsu Customer Support Charter.
This position is based at our Emerald branch and plays a key leadership role within the Northern East Region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and support a skilled service team across multiple locationsDrive safe work practices and uphold Komatsu HSE standards and Golden RulesManage workflow, labour planning and job progress to meet operational targetsEnsure WIP is well‑defined, documented and completed to Komatsu quality standardsPromote best‑practice repair quality and reduce rework through corrective actionsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat businessSupport continuous improvement and the Komatsu Way across service operationsApply disciplined cost control and review monthly expense accountsEnsure compliance with policies, procedures and Delegation of Authority
