About the Opportunity:
As our Safety & Risk Manager, you'll be the go‐to for all things WHS. Hands‐on, visible, and genuinely influential. You'll help shape safe work practices, lift capability across the business, and partner with leaders to embed a positive, preventative safety culture.
You will support and evolve our WHS policies, systems, and risk frameworks, while leading site inspections, audits, and investigations to turn insights into meaningful action. You'll drive engaging inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training, and work closely with managers and team leaders to build strong safety ownership across the business. You'll keep performance on track by monitoring and reporting key safety metrics.
What do we like about you?
* Around 5+ years' experience in a similar safety role
* Strong understanding of WHS legislation and risk management
* Engaging communication and influencing skills
* A proactive, can‐do approach with great attention to detail
* Empathy, professionalism, and genuine care for people
* Solid analytical skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
Bonus points if you have:
* Formal WHS or related qualifications
* Mental Health First Aid certification or experience supporting psychological injury or wellbeing initiatives.
