**About the Opportunity**
Bankstown Hospital is seeking motivated and compassionate Assistants in Nursing (AIN) to join our casual pool. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and dynamic environment. As an AIN, you will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals, assisting registered and enrolled nurses with daily patient care, including tasks such as personal hygiene, mobility and feeding as well as the taking and recording of vital signs.
You will assist registered and enrolled nurses in the planning, delivery, and documentation of patient care, adhering to the policies of the South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD), Ministry of Health, and NSW legislative and statutory requirements.

- 2x completed undergraduate clinical placements with signed assessments from the clinical facilitators and student/facilitator feedback (ANSAT Forms)
- Or Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (please note that other certificates are not accepted)
**What You'll be Doing**
The Assistant In Nursing will assist the registered nurse and enrolled nurse with the planning, provision and documentation of patient care, working within the framework of the policies of SWSLHD, the Ministry of Health and the NSW legislative and statutory requirements.
