Day in the life
RACV Cobram Resort currently has an exciting opportunity in our Resort for a houseperson. This is a great opportunity for any individual (experienced or not) to join our well-established team and to contribute to the high level of standards that our club and resorts are known for. As a Houseperson your role will include linen, amenities and chemical movement throughout the park, this role is very physical and requires manual handling. This role will also include rubbish removal and keeping our common area clean and tidy.
You'll have interactions with our members and guests, so we're looking someone who can provide excellent customer service and attend to guest needs in a friendly and professional manner.

We're looking for…
• Previous Housekeeping or Park accommodation experience (desired however not required)
• Ability to adhere to strict timelines and working in a fast paced environment
• A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to RACV members and guests
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to personalise a service
• Great work ethic and experience working in team environment
• Ability to work a 7 day rotational roster including weekends, public holidays and weekend work is essential
