This role blends creative leadership with strategic thinking as you guide projects from concept to completion, working closely with Business Development, Strategy, and Construction teams to bring ideas to life while demonstrating the real value of exceptional workplace design.
Key Responsibilities
Create, refresh, and transform workplace environments that balance functionality, beauty, and innovation.
Guide project teams and support the development of emerging designers.
Work closely with clients to deeply understand their needs and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless, end-to-end project delivery.
Oversee detailed documentation, uphold design standards, and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Contribute to evolving design approaches and help shape the creative direction of the studio.
About You
10+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio across workplace/corporate interiors.
Confident in client-facing environments—from pitching ideas to building long-term partnerships.
Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent technical and detailing capability.
Passionate about design excellence, mentoring, and pushing creative boundaries.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to balance big-picture thinking with on-time, on-budget delivery.
A collaborative communicator who thrives in multidisciplinary teams.
