Using a strengths-based family partnership approach and guided by the principles of Primary Health Care, you will collaborate with clients, carers, and families to deliver client-centred care that is both safe and effective. This role involves health assessment, prevention, early identification and intervention, referral, health promotion, community development, and education.
If you are a compassionate nurse with a commitment to family-centred practice and early childhood health, we invite you to apply and make a meaningful impact in your community.
