The Role
Toll People has a great opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant to join our Government & Defense team and support our new healthcare and wellbeing customer. This is a temp role with opportunity, and work life balance Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm. You must have a great attitude and strong work ethic. You will be working at Toll's Eastern Creek site 5 days/week. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails professionally and empathetically. (Per day: calls = 40 and emails = 20)
* Respond promptly to inquiries regarding nutrition plans, placing and tracking orders, raising cases with courier companies and escalating through appropriate channels
* Provide general information on healthcare and nutrition products and available nutrition resources
* Collaborate with dietitians, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Skills & Experience
* Must have strong customer engagement skills
* Be familiar with NDIS and plan managed patients
* Have worked in or have interest in health and nutrition
* Strong organisational skills: Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Communication: A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people on the phone and email
* Ability to show empathy and have patience
* Must be collaborative and team focused
