Great opportunity for a Customer Service to join a global leader in medical device technology. This is a 12-month fixed term contract hybrid opportunity.
**Job Description**:
- Processing Recall service orders, maintaining records, supervising database, Correction of data base, providing phone support, performing office tasks and other similar duties.- Booking jobs for recall repair and service.- Ensuring vendor purchase orders are processed in timely manner.- In-house admin support to workshop supervisor and technicians.- Providing level 1 technical support over the phone.- Creating quotes and work orders for service contracts.- Preparing Service reports and organizing field service visit in consultation with Service Manager and project manager.- Order, transfer and maintain stock levels.- Develop strong relationships with all functions at BD ANZ to ensure delivery of an outstanding customer experience and provide support across all functions when needed
Job Requirements- SAP/CRM Administration including continual improvement in processes and data management.- Strong administration and coordination experience, ideally in Medical Devices industry- Online software support.- Provide client support for automation products.- Anticipate and identify customer needs including client and pharmacy representatives.- Experience in customer service or related field- Solid skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and ERP Systems.
