We have an incredible opportunity for a
Creative Manager
to drive
Country Road's
creative vision and oversee the execution of all creative assets to support brand and business goals. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this role brings Australia's #1 lifestyle brand to life through engaging, innovative and commercially effective creative across all channels.
This role leads campaign concepting, stills and video creative direction, bespoke digital creative development, graphic design and copywriting. Managing brand and digital shoots, the Creative Manager ensures creative output is aligned to marketing strategy and briefs, while continuously evolving content through performance insights, industry best practice and emerging trends.
Key Accountabilities
* Partner with the Head of Marketing to develop and deliver compelling creative concepts that achieve brand and commercial objectives.
* Translate monthly marketing briefs into innovative, style-led concepts across social, paid digital, website, email and in-store.
* Lead end-to-end campaign and digital shoots with a digital-first approach, owning creative direction across stills and video, budgets and timelines, and continuously evolving content through performance insights and global best practice.
* Lead and inspire the graphic design and copywriting team, overseeing all creative output to ensure consistently high-quality, on-brand execution across all channels.
* Build strong partnerships with external creatives while staying across global trends, innovations and competitor activity to inform content planning and creative development.
* Partner with digital, loyalty and insights teams to evaluate creative performance and continuously optimise output using brand, conversion, sales and customer insights.
* Foster an inclusive, high-performing creative team by setting clear expectations, promoting open communication, and inspiring shared vision and accountability.
Key Capabilities
* Proven experience in senior creative roles within fashion, lifestyle or retail, with expertise in creative direction, brand strategy, and multi-channel content production.
* Track record of developing and executing successful campaigns, including digital-first content and amplification.
* Strong brand storytelling skills, and digital fluency, with a detail-driven, commercially savvy approach.
* Ability to inspire and lead creative teams, aligning concepts with brand and commercial objectives.
* Excellent communicator, collaborative, and able to work with internal teams and external partners.
* Strong creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects to deadline.
* Deep understanding of fashion and lifestyle trends, target audiences, and digital-first content performance.
