Senior Human Resources Leadership Role

The successful candidate will provide organisational development and improvement advice while leading and collaborating with a team of people and culture staff. They will develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems designed to improve business outcomes and meet regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of people and culture professionals.
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
* Provide expert advice on employment law and related matters.
* Manage employee relations, including grievances and disputes.
* Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Senior level human resources experience in a public sector environment.
* Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related discipline.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead and manage a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Benefits Package:
* An attractive remuneration package comprising base salary up to $175,000 plus superannuation.
* Five (5) year contract.
