We are seeking a motivated and reliable Drilling Offsider to join our team in Western Australia. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a close‑knit crew on a Tier 1 mining operation. What You'll Do
* Help move/clean drilling rigs and equipment from site to site
* Dig and clean mud pits and drains
* Mix and test drilling fluids, chemicals and grout
* Assist in obtaining drilling samples, slotting, welding and inserting casing screens
* Operate equipment, such as pumps for air, water and mud
* Carry out minor maintenance and repairs, including lubrication and cleaning
What You Bring
* HR‑B Drivers Licence – highly desired or willing to obtain
* 4WD Training
* First Aid / CPR
* Fire Training
* Previous offsiding / physical labour experience
* National Police Clearance
* Must reside in WA
* Aptitude for mechanics and ability to handle machinery
* Physically fit
* Able to work as part of a team
