Our team is now over 700 people strong and based across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. Our Warehouse Quality Specialists and Training Officers assist Operations Managers by keeping the team focused on tasks, quality and safety.
Responsibilities include picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders with a focus on driving quality and promoting process efficiencies. You will ensure compliance across all Work Health Safety policies and provide a safe workplace for employees.
Key areas of focus include managing training matrices with managers, managing quality checks and documentation, building out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with departmental needs, all with a safety lens.
Our current hiring includes both AM (7am - 3pm) and PM (2pm - 9pm) shifts at our Eastern Creek fulfillment center.
Job Responsibilities:
* Quality Assurance: Review KPIs with department managers, identify areas for improvement, update SOPs and conduct daily QA checks on staff work.
* Training: Provide coaching to staff members, support management in ensuring staff follow procedures and maintain good housekeeping standards.
* Leadership: Lead by example when it comes to WHS standards, raise issues with your manager quickly and perform performance observations based on provided training.
Requirements:
* Experience: Similar QA or Trainer roles in fast-paced warehouse environments (ideally B2C or eCommerce/retail).
* Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively, excellent communication skills, safety-focused, high attention to detail and confidence in decision-making.
* Attitude: Can-do attitude, reliability, commitment and a strong work ethic.
