Join our dynamic Claims team in Building and Contents, managing a portfolio of large loss claims from our Sippy Downs office. Your role is central to Youi's reputation and relationships by playing a crucial role in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.
About The Role
Full-time and onsite working Monday to Friday
Managing your own portfolio of large loss claims, ensuring a smooth processing of each claim
Helping our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish
Problem solving daily to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
Being a direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and assessors
About You
Experience in Building and Contents claims is highly preferred
Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
Experience in administration, with high attention to detail
Skilled at multitasking and thrives in a busy environment
Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
Great communication skills to effectively present and articulate information
