Synergie is seeking a MC Driver for our client, a global supply chain solutions provider located in Gepps Cross, supporting some of the world's leading quick-service restaurant brands. Renowned for their innovation, efficiency, and commitment to excellence, they specialize in end-to-end supply chain management, including warehousing, logistics, and distribution services.
Due to continued growth and operational demand, we are currently seeking a reliable and experienced MC Driver to join their high-performing team.
Pay Rate: $60.81 (Night shift) – Start work on first week of January 2026
About the Role:
1. Operate a B-double / road train configuration (MC licence required) for scheduled linehaul and delivery runs
2. Shift schedule: 5 day a week can include some Saturdays 3am - 11am some overtime.
3. Complete deliveries safely and efficiently, adhering to allocated run times
4. Ensure correct coupling/uncoupling of trailers and secure loads
5. Load and unload freight as required, maintaining accuracy and care
6. Conduct pre-start checks and maintain compliance with all safety and fatigue management requirements
What We're Looking For:
7. Valid MC licence with recent and demonstrable driving experience (essential)
8. Proven experience operating B-doubles or similar combinations
9. Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
10. Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism
11. Reliable, punctual, and available for early morning shifts twice per week
