Duties:
* answering telephone and in-person enquiries.
* dispatch of external correspondence.
* filing and archiving; and
* general office and outside clerk duties; and
* preparation of documents under strict supervision of professional staff.
We are looking for candidates who:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (legal or otherwise) is preferred but not essential
* computer literacy, typing skills and native/bilingual level English proficiency are required
* highly organised.
* have a high attention to detail.
* personable and professional telephone manner.
* strong computer (Windows PC and Microsoft Office Environment) and typing skills.
* can work effectively and flexibly in a team; and
* understand the importance of confidentiality, honesty, and integrity.
