* Shape the team, community relationships, and early learning outcomes from day one.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with educators to enhance educational programs offered to children.
2. Deepen team understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
3. Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice, working closely with the centre leadership team.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or ACECQA approved equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check.
