The Role As a Senior Accountant (CA), you’ll manage your own portfolio and work directly with clients across compliance and advisory. This is a hands-on role. We are seeking professionals who generate income, build relationships and can grow into Partnership. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns Direct client management and advisory Relationship building and business development Managing and growing your own portfolio Generating and converting new business opportunities Supporting junior staff where applicable Contributing to the growth of an existing or new office What We’re Looking For Technical: CA qualified or currently completing CA (essential) 3–8 years’ experience in Public Practice (essential) Strong tax and compliance background Solid commercial acumen Local Australian public practice experience required Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available) Personal Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset Strong communicator and relationship builder Motivated to build and grow a business Not looking to “coast” into a management-only role You may currently be a Senior Accountant or approaching Manager level but feel capped in your progression.
