What will you do:
* Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, including assistance with showering, dressing, and bathing.
* Medication assistance
* Food preparation
* Assistance with activities (medical appointments, allied health, etc.)
* Transport to and from medical appointments and social outings
* Supporting people with complex medical needs
* Domestic Assistance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or similar
* Current Criminal History Check ( or willingness to obtain )
* Working with Children's Check ( or willingness to obtain )
* NDIS Worker Screen ( or willingness to obtain )
* Current Senior First Aid and CPR
* Current driver's license & own reliable car, with insurance
