Position Information
Orange High School has proudly provided high quality learning experiences to students in Central Western NSW for over 100 years.
Today, we educate up to 1000 students, 13% of which are Aboriginal, from within the regional city of Orange and its rural surroundings on Wiradjuri country.

Specific Selection Criteria
- Approval to teach Mathematics (7-10) and Mathematics (11-12).
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within the Mathematics faculty to develop effective and engaging teaching and learning programs for a diverse range of learners.
- Demonstrated ability to implement effective classroom management strategies and contribute to differentiated teaching and learning programs to maximise student growth and promote high expectations for all students.
- Capacity to implement the Department of Education Aboriginal Education policies and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal students.
Conditions
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching chance.
